Comics and T.V. series based on superheroes have diverted our attention from the monotonous routines of our lives. They have been making us plunge into the super existing fictional world of heroes. One of those hailing from MCU is Luke Cage. He is a man with sturdy, unbreakable skin and superhuman strength due to some experimental procedure. After his fall out with ex-girlfriend Jessica Jones, Luke tries to get past his dark past experiences. Little does he known life will again throw him to another perilous road where his job is to fight for his country.

The superhero geeks are lucky to have been born in an era where there are thousands of other shows to watch all day related to wars and superpowers.

Supergirl

Supergirl is an American Superhero T.V. series. It is the third release in the Arrowverse series. Following the D.C. comics, Supergirl is the cousin of Superman. She is expected to reveal her identity and save the city from the occurrence of an unknown disaster. On July 8, 2015, we had the first show of Supergirl premiered.

His story follows a plane crash that took the life of his parents and left him with a warrior in the city of Kun Lun, where he received rigorous training. He returned to manage his father’s company years later, fighting off people who were a threat to it.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is another American superhero T.V. series. It centers on the team of extraordinary skillful agents from a law enforcement organization known as S.H.I.E.L.D.  They stick together, getting past and fighting off all the threats faced by the country. The show came out on September 24, 2013. Joss Whedon is the creator, and A.B.C. is the broadcasting platform of the series.

Sense 8

Sense 8 takes us through another range of superhuman abilities occurring for a show. It projects a group of eight people connected with one another via thoughts, actions, intuitions, and needs to know the danger.  Sense 8 is an American science fiction drama created by Lana and Lilly Wachowski. The team is in great anger as an organization threatens to kill them.

The Defenders

Douglas Petrie and Marco Ramirez’s creation, The Defenders, is an American miniseries based on the characters of Marvel comic. Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist are the four hopes of the earth working towards the same goal. However, the threat of posing the planet can only be tackled if the four come and join hands together.

Jessica Jones

Jessica Jones, an American miniseries, is about one of the darkest Marvel characters with superhuman abilities. She shifts to an individual detective agency in New York after her fallout of the superhero career. There she attends people with special skills and solves their cases. Her larger goal in life is to get through her regular days in her apartment. Greg Berlanti and Marc Guggenheim are the creators of the series.

Gotham

Gotham is an American action crime drama centering on the early days of detective Gordon and the murder of Thomas and Martha Wayne. The mission gets him to meet their son Bruce Wayne.  Developed by Bruno Heller, the series focuses primarily on the relation between Bruce and detective Gordon but subsequently includes other characters.

Punisher

Punisher is another Netflix miniseries revolving its story around a lethal crime fighter, Frank Castle, behind the name of Punisher. Steve Lightfoot, as the developer, has borrowed the character from MCU of the same name.

D.C. Titans

Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, and Greg Berlanti’s D.C. Titans are miniseries based on the D.C. comics team known as Teen Titans. The series features a group of superheroes who set out to fight against the gruesome crimes.

The world has lately been on the lowest meter. All that one can do now is to be happy around the virtual realities where it is saved off by a group of masked men with superpowers for real. The following series will be a great watch this year.
