Will Fleabag Season 3 Drop On Screens?

As of now, the makers have decided to remain tight-lipped. However, not the makers but actor Waller-Bridge herself discouraged the fans from getting their hopes up regarding the third season. She told BBC “I have thought about it and there isn’t going to be one. This is it—this is the final curtainr.”

Despite outrightly denying the show’s return, she told  The Hollywood Reporter, “I feel like it’s done, but I do have a fantasy of bringing her back when I’m, like, 45 or 50.”

All in all, her stand on the show’s renewal remains unclear. But for sure, we aren’t having a season 3 any time soon. Season2 ended in such a heart wrenching, beautiful way that it could serve as a worthy cliffhanger for an upcoming instalment.

If in future, when there will be a third season for the show, actor Waller-Bridge will surely return as Fleabag. Sian Clifford will be back as Fleabag’s sister Claire. Also, Bill Paterson and Olivia Colman will reprise their roles as Fleabag’s dad and godmother, respectively.
