About The Alienist:

The show is based on the novel of the same name by Caleb Carr. It premiered first in 2018 on TNT television network. The team members include a criminal psychologist called Dr Laszlo Kreizler, John Moore, a newspaper illustrator and Sara Howard, the police commissioner Teddy Roosevelt’s secretary. In August 2018, TNT announced that the show had been renewed for a second season. The second season, called The Alienist: The Angel of Darkness will be based on the follow-up novel of the same name by Carr. The show released on 19th July 2020, the fifth episode of season 2 will release on Aug 2, 2020.
