The filming of the first season of Halo had commenced in 2019 in Budapest under Otto Bathurst who is the director of the series. Kyle Killen has been brought on board as the showrunner, with Steven Kane who is overseeing the production in the filming site, Budapest. A total of 10 episodes will be released in the first season and will direct us into the future where a battle will ensue between humanity and Covenant, an alien threat.

A list of the actors who will be cast in the first season of Halo has been revealed. Pablo Schreiber will give a voice-over to the character of Master Chief, Natascha McElhone will play the role of both Dr Catherine Halsey and Cortana, Olive Grey will be seen as Dr Miranda Keyes, Danny Sapani will play Captain Jacob Keyes, Shabana Azmi will be seen as Admiral Margaret Porangosky, Charlie Murphy as Makee, Bokeem Woodbine will play Soren-066, Bentley Kalu will play Spartan Vannak-134, Natasha Culzac will play Spartan Riz-028, Kate Kennedy will play Spartan Kai-125, and Yerin Ha will be seen as Kwan Ah.

Halo Season 1: Is the trailer released?
