After FRIENDS and How I Met Your Mother if any other show ranks high in the list of comedy is Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Sure, it cannot compete with the fame of FRIENDS, but it has some fresh concepts and non-bullshit comedy for every age. Created by Dan Goor and Michael Schur, the show now has a total of seven seasons with a running time of average 30 minutes each.
It’s coming back to crack smiles and laughs. Season eight, is it the last? Keep reading to know more.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 7? Also a season 8?
Season 7 is yet to hit Netflix. But there’s already official news on another season. And it might be the end of the classic police sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Though the premiere is on the 5th of February, the release is on 13th February.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 8 is being shot all over again and it’s definitely going to mean that the production will take way more time than was previously expected. So, needless to say, there is no concrete release date yet.
This decision was taken due to the BLM movement in America and the cast member of Brooklyn Nine-Nine have shown full support for this movement by pressing for the re-shooting of Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 8.
Except this, we have no trailer or teaser yet though we have quite a something for the seventh season — an 80’s style trailer with New York police in action mode.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 8 Cast
There’s no such major news on that as well. Since the 8th season is quite far right now. But the initial team stays we all know that. FRIENDS without one out of the six is of no good. The same goes here. We can expect to see:
- Andy Samberg as Jake Peralta
- Stephanie Beatriz as Rosa Diaz
- Terry Crews as Terry Jeffords
- Melissa Fumero as Amy Santiago
- Joe Lo Truglio as Charles Boyle
- Chelsea Peretti as Gina Linetti
- Andre Braugher as Raymond Holt
- Dirk Blocker as Michael Hitchcock
- Joel McKinnon Miller as Norm Scully
How does Brooklyn Nine-Nine End?
So, we’ve all wondered about the end of Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 8, and here’s what we know about it!
Same goes here too as season 7 itself yet to release. The last season ends on Jake and Amy’s wedding, but the twist lies when Captain Holt opens an email that contains the verdict on whether or not he got the commissioner’s job. So, like FRIENDS, does it end with people getting different jobs and life?
