The first season of the supernatural drama, Locke and Key premiered recently on February 7, 2002, on both Hulu and Netflix after being in development for more than a decade. On March 30, 2020, Netflix renewed the show for a second season.
Locke and Key Season 2: Release Date and Cast
Since the show has been renewed in the recent present, it is hard to know all the details about the next season. There isn’t an official date of release as of now. But we have gathered all the useful information to make you aware of the exciting season 2.
It seems that the majority of the cast is set to return and hence, will reprise their roles. Darby Stanchfield will return as Nina Locke, Connor Jessup as Tyler Locke, Emilia Jones as Kinsey Locke, Jackson Robert Scott as Bode Locke, Laysla De Oliveira as Dodge and Griffin Gluck as Gabe.
The horror series is developed by Carlton Cuse, Meredith Averill and Aaron Eli Coleite. It based on the IDW comic book series Locke and Key by Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez.
Locke and Key Season 2: Plot and Trailer
The series revolves around three siblings Tyler, Kinsey and Bode who along with their mother, Nina, are forced to move to their ancestral home at Massachusetts after the gruesome murder of their father by a former student.
However, they come along something exciting as they move. They find a set of keys in different locations which open various doors and gives them powers and abilities. But every story comes with a twist, there is a demon who also wants a hold of those keys and will not stop until he has it.
