Release date
As soon as the show’s producers realized the love that was kindled in audiences for the show, work on the show’s season 2 had soon begun. And so it was predicted that the show’s second season would be hitting the screens by late 2020 or early 2021. But now that the pandemic has pulled the rug out from beneath us all, the show’s production has been halted and people will probably only see the show hit the screens by middle or late 2021.
Who’s in the cast?
Since it’s been evident to fans that the central cast of the show survived season one, we hope to see Isa Briones as Soji Asha, Alison Pill as Agnes Jurati, Santiago Cabrera as Cristobal “Chris” Rios, Michelle Hurd as Raffi Musiker, Harry Treadaway as Narek and Evan Evagora as Elnor in season 2.
Apart from them, one actor who’s been a favorite among fans is Whoopi Goldberg who’ll be coming from Next Generation and will be joining the cast in season 2 in the role of Guinan.
Brent Spiner who’d been given a final send-off in season one won’t be joining the cast in season 2.
Fans have been pretty hyped for this gem’s season 2, so we’ve got our finger crossed for this show to hit the screens soon.
