Buckle up, John Wick junkie folks! The latest third installment was recently released at the Box Office on May 9th, 2019. The movie earned tremendously close to almost 32.67 crores USD. The series was supposed to be a trilogy. But, seeing the huge cult following the writers were urged to reconsider. Much to fans’ delight, chapter 4 is happening for real. Let us dissect everything we know so far about the upcoming fourth installment!  

What Do We Know About John Wick: Chapter 4 So Far?

In May 2019, the writer wrote on the Reddit page regarding the possibility of a fourth sequel. Derek hinted that a fourth John Wick was possible. He commented if the third installment goes well at the Box Office, John Wick: Chapter 4 will have the green signal. Even the lead actor agreed on playing his part as long as all the parts are a big success. Keanu expressed his concerns with a positive note.

However, in an April 2020 interview, the fourth part was delayed due to the prior commitments of Keanu. He will spend time to devote his time towards the making of The Matrix 4. And, the on-going concerns over the global pandemic, Novel Coronavirus, worsened things. The progress of the upcoming was hindered further due to the lethal pandemic. The entertainment industry was one of the sectors to take the hardest hit. 

The release dates of the movie moved further forward. Directed by Chad Stahelski, John Wick: Chapter 4 will hit the nearest cinemas on May 27th, 2022.

There is only one character whose presence is definite in the John Wick film series. Written by Derek Kolstad, the fourth installment will certainly feature Keanu Reeves, playing the lead role of John Wick. 

Is There Any Trailer?

John Wick: Chapter 4 still remains in its pre-production stage and has not begun with its filming process. Hence, there are no trailers or teaser videos available over the internet.
