AJ And The Queen are two misfits journeying across America in a dilapidated RV. Starring Ru-Paul as the drag queen Ruby, and her sidekick AJ – a nine-year-old girl, who is a stowaway.

Will there be a Season 2?

Netflix hasn’t confirmed Season 2 yet. Since the first season took two years to produce, we can expect the second season, if renewed, to release in 2021. Paul tweeted about the show on Twitter. He stated that it was the end of the road for his show. We are yet to know if Netflix has officially cancelled AJ And The Queen.

Netflix sometimes cuts off shows if the viewership isn’t up to a certain level, and though AJ And The Queen is a fun series, it did not garner enough views.

What can we expect from a possible Season 2?

If the second season does come back, we can expect it to pick up right from the season one finale, where Ruby and AJ part ways as she is reunited with her mother Brianna, who is now drug-free. Ruby could possibly face legal issues if she is questioned as to why AJ was with her since they are not likely to believe that AJ was a stowaway.

What about the trailer?

Season 2 is not confirmed yet, so we cannot expect a trailer as of now.

The Cast

The cast would have RuPaul returning, along with Josh Segarra, Katherine Tannenbaum and Izzy G.

With the corona-virus lockdown, now is the perfect time to binge on AJ And The Queen’s first season on Netflix!
