When will Star Trek: Picard Season 2 come out?
The first season of the series was launched just this year and was welcomed with open arms. The series impressed fans and critics alike and excitement about the second season is ripe.
So much trust did CBS have on the project that they had announced a second season even before the series got underway. It is yet unclear when the second season will air. We expect it to follow the schedule of the first season, Picards’s second season would arrive in January of 2021.
Star Trek: Picard Season 2: Cast
The series has veteran English actor Patrick Stewart in its titular role. The series will be unable to renew itself without him leading from the front. The first season of the show is yet to conclude, which means uncertainty hangs over the future.
Considering most of the cast comes out with their lives intact, we might see a number of them appear next year. Alison Pill as Dr Agnes Jurati, Michelle Hurd as Raffi and Santiago Cabrera as Chris Rios are some of the characters we expect to see next time.
Star Trek: Picard Season 2: Plot
This season focused on Picard preserving the legacy of his old friend. The direction of the next season will be determined by how the season one finale ends. We guess that the mystery surrounding Dahj and Soji will be left open this time. That might lead our lead cast to greater ravines of the universe.
