Indiana Jones 5 Cast: Who all are going to be back?

Harrison Ford is confirmed for the series as Indiana Jones is incomplete without him. For the rest of the characters, confirmation is still on pause right now.

However, actor John Rhys Davies has expressed his interest to reprise the role of Indu’s Sidekick Sallah, but his presence is not confirmed right now.

David Koepp, co-writer of Indiana Jones and Crystal Skull, was hired to write the screenplay of Indy 5 but John Kasdan was later brought to rewrite the series.

Unfortunately, Steven Spielberg won’t be returning to direct Indiana Jones five. Steven was attached to the project for several years and has directed the show well for the past four movies, but unfortunately, this movie would be directed by James Mangold (Logan).

Indiana Jones 5 Plot: What is going to happen this time?

Right now, there is very little information available about the plot of part five. It is also challenging to guess the plot as Ford is the only actor confirmed for IJ five and we don’t know if other significant characters like Karen Allen’s Marion Ravenwood or Shea LaBeouf’s Mutt Williams will be returning.

If we look at Ford’s age, then we might get an idea that Indiana Jones’s five will take place around the period of the 1960s or ’70s. We could also see a Vietnam war being used as a backdrop for the movie.
