Dark is a German sci-fi series which acquired many fans all over the globe and promised for the more engaging forthcoming season. The amount of appreciation it received from the viewers, even astonished the creators.

The first season released back in 2017 after that fans had to wait for more than a year for its season two to release. Whereas there is no such information about an official release date for Dark, fans are expecting the date to be 27th June 2020. As 27th June is on a Saturday, Netflix can postpone the time by one day as they tend to release new series and seasons on a Friday.

The creators of the show are keeping any details about the show behind curtains. But obviously, we can guess based on what we have seen till now.

From what we have seen till now, we know that alternate realities exist. A middle-aged Jonas is seen fire up one-time travel device alongside young Magnus, Franziska and Bartosz, and a middle-aged Charlotte came face-to-face with old Elisabeth. Katherina opened the vortex to the apocalyptic caves. But again, with multiple timelines at play, it’ll be fascinating to see which year she stumbles out into.

Louis Hofmann (young Jonas), Jordis Triebel (Katharina), Lisa Vicari (young Martha), Mark Waschke (old Noah), Andreas Pietschmann (middle-aged Jonas) and Lea van Acken (Silja).

Some of the new name who will join the cast are, Barbara Nusse, Hans Diehl, Jakob Diehl, Nina Kronjager, Sammy Scheuritzel and Axel Werner.
