Gal Gadot confirmed the release date of Wonder Woman 1984 in her recent Instagram post, and that is 5 June 2020. This means that just a little wait is left before we see Diana Prince back with her game on.

The cast is coming in with many familiar faces and more than one shocking return. What’s more shocking is that even the dead characters are returning back. Chris Pine is back as Steve Trevor and will appear to be alongside Diana. Robin Wright, who plays Antiope, is back despite dying. Returning from Dianna’s native Island is Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, and she will be joined by Chris Wiig who will play as Wonder Woman’s Nemesis. Another possible character is Pedro Pascal’s Maxwell Lord.

In the trailer, it appears that Maxwell will be offering Diana his desire Steve if he gets something in return from her. We have no idea what Maxwell has asked for from Diana in return for Steve, but one thing that is now confirmed is that Steve is back. But the big question is, how is Steve back?

One thing we know is that Wonder Woman 1984 will start its journey in America. The first film was based in Paris and then in Europe, and now it’s back with a story plotted in America. We have also seen in the trailer that the filming shows classic American malls and Washington Museums.

As for the rest of the Wonder Woman 1984 story, we know that the superhero’s classic transportation vehicle ‘The invisible jet’ is back. The news was confirmed after Jenkins told Yahoo Entertainment that “This invisible jet is very important (to wonder woman) and ultimately we have to have the invisible jet.” The hints for the presence of invisible jet were also given in the trailer when Steve and Diana gaze at the fireworks overhead while sitting in a cockpit.
