Sex Education is a British comedy series that was aired on Netflix. With the air of mystery on what they were going to do with their high school lives, Otis and Eric try to get themselves an identity. Maeve in desperate need of money tries to cling on with Otis to start a small in-school ring that offers sexual advice to the high schoolers.
Otis being the son of a sex therapist, tries to become popular with Maeve, a popular girl in school. They begin to provide sex tips to teens who have problems with their sexuality. But, as the story progresses, they find it difficult to deal with the situations. And also, Maeve and Otis end up on not so good terms which makes the series more complex.
The story also has a twist when Otis realizes that Jean’s book was based on him and when Maeve realizes that Otis has a new date. The series ends with several questions on the characters’ individuality and how the plot will progress.
The second season will also revolve around Otis and how things pan out for him. But there are other important characters like Adam and Maeve who will have their space.
The second season will have another 8 episodes to continue with the plot. As told by the streaming site Netflix, the second season will be released by the end of January this year. And the trailer for the second season is out and provides a glimpse of what the second season of the comedy series holds for viewers.
Most of the cast from the first season is retained and a few new additions might also be seen. The trailer hints that there is a French guy that is introduced and he goes out with Eric. Adam returns to the plot and there is some thought from the viewers on where he might have an entrance.
