The Falcon and The Winter Soldier Are Coming To Disney+
It seems that The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is going to be a series. According to reports, both will be available on the new streaming platform Disney+. Earlier reports confirmed that Loki and Scarlet Witch were getting their shows. The Marvel Cinematic Universe seems to be transitioning from the big screens to the streaming platforms.

Marvel Studios has tweeted that ‘The Falcon And The Winter Soldier’ will be an original series starring Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, and Daniel Brühl. It will stream exclusively on Disney Plus and will release by Fall,2020. No specific date was announced.
Anthony Mackie will play the role of the Falcon. Sebastian Stan will play the role of the Winter Soldier. The series will focus on the events after the Endgame, which released in April 2019. The climax of Avengers: Endgame saw Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, give up his shield and also entrusting the Falcon to carry on his work. This series will depict the two characters continuing their work but without an actual Captain. Daniel Brühl will play the role of Baron Helmut Zemo. He is the villain in Marvel Comics.
An account on twitter has shared an image of the poster. The poster depicts the Falcon in his costume along with the Winter Soldier. Bucky, aka Winter Soldier sports a short haircut.

The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is part of MCU’s phase IV, which runs through 2021. Showrunner Malcolm Spellman leads the series’ creative team. He was a producer and writer of the series Empire. Kari Skogland will direct all the six episodes. She is the director of Vikings, House of Cards, Fear the Walking Dead, and more.
MCU’s phase IV already has fans excited. It’s safe to say that this series will be an excellent addition.
