Yes, you heard it right! Bryce Dallas Howard, the original trio from Jurassic World, is returning to the franchise. Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow will be collaborating with the iconic trio for his next series of Jurassic World which means Laura Dern’s Ellie Stattler, Sam Neill’s Dr Alan Grant and Jeff Goldblum’s lan Malcolm will be back to drive us crazy with their fantastic characters.
According to the director, these three actors love their character and know about their characters more than anyone else. But the question is who these people are now and how will they help us to understand their potential role in Jurrasic World 3. Are Grant and Ellie still palaeontologists? Do they keep in touch? Do they feel their responsibility for what happened? Have any of them ever visited Jurassic World Park? And the questions go on.
We know where we left these character, but we haven’t seen them in a substantive way for a long time which raises critical questions about the new part of Jurassic World.
“You start asking the most basic questions: who are these people now? What do they make of the new world they are living in? And how they feel about being part of this history?. Ultimately it will be in collaboration with the actors. They know and love these characters. We’ll do it together” says, director Colin Treverrow.
We all are excited to see what this new chapter of Jurassic World will bring in for us, and we all want to know the answers for our never-ending questions. All we can hope is not to get disappointed with the characters or the story. What’s most exciting is that the characters are being brought to the story again, and we will have a hand on it.
