Fortnite season 10 has released on August 1, 2019, and it already has plenty of surprises. Though the new season doesn’t have the massive changes found in the previous seasons, it looks as if the island will be in a state of flux until season 11, which could be sometime in October.
Wednesday’s v10.31 update didn’t have many changes but the data miners discovered will become Gotham City for the Batman Day Celebration. Data miners discovered a string of Batman related contents, including the recreation of Gothat City that might take place of Tilted Town.
There is also a Bat-signal which illuminates in the night. There are also some of Batman’s cool gadgets like Explosive Batarangs and Grapnel Gun. And for those who like to be a little more like the Caped Crusader, there’s also a cape.
Epic hasn’t mentioned the day when this Batman themed event will take place yet. But seeing as September 21 is the Batman Day, it will certainly to a good day kick off the event.
Another notable change in the v10.31 is that Epic expanded the Party Hub feature for mobile players. Now mobile players can also start a party and voice chat online, which were previously more accessible on PC and console. Part Hub in now included in Fortnite mobile, and new features are coming soon.
